1) Who we are

AstroRealm is an entertainment service that offers astrology-style and geomancy-style readings. Some content is available on the website, and some is available inside the Geomancy Oracle app. On the website, access to certain readings can be unlocked after completing a simple task with a third-party provider (for example, an offerwall such as CPAlead).

2) Data we collect

• Basic usage data (website): our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when you visit the site (for example, approximate time of visit, IP address, browser or device type). This is normal for any website and is used to run and protect the site. We do not use these logs to personally profile visitors.
• Basic app data (Geomancy Oracle): the app itself may process information like device type, Android version, and app version for crash reports or performance. We do not store or maintain a separate database of user IP addresses for the app. However, your IP address can still be processed automatically by app stores, your network provider, and any third-party SDKs (for example, Google Play services or ad/analytics providers) as part of normal internet communication.
• Reading inputs (website & app): the text you type in forms (for example, your question, sign, or other details needed for a reading) and, in the app, your casting data or charts. This is used to generate your reading and, where features exist, to show history or saved charts.
• Palmistry photos (website only, optional): when you choose a file on the Palmistry page, it stays on your device unless you decide to email or share it yourself. We do not automatically upload that image to our server.
• Contact messages: if you use the email link or a contact form, your email client sends the message to us. We receive whatever you send (for example, your name, email address, and message content) and may keep it for support records.
• Advertising & analytics identifiers (mainly app): if we use services such as Google AdMob or analytics tools, they may collect device identifiers and basic technical data to measure usage, fight fraud, and show relevant ads. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

3) Offerwall / content locker (website only)

When you click “Unlock Your Reading” on the website, you may be redirected to a third-party provider to complete a task. That provider operates under its own privacy policy and may set cookies or collect information needed to deliver and verify the offer. After completion, they redirect you back to AstroRealm so your reading can be unlocked.

Tip: you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings if you prefer, but some offers may not work without them.

4) How we use your data

• Provide and improve the website and the Geomancy Oracle app.
• Generate readings and, where available, show your history or saved charts.
• Show the right pages or screens after you complete a task or purchase.
• Monitor performance, fix crashes or bugs, and protect against abuse or attacks.
• Respond to support messages or other contact requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse or fraud.

We do not sell your personal data.

5) Storage & retention

• Your device: the current website is mostly static. Earlier versions may have stored drafts under a key like astrorealm_draft (legacy). You can clear site data in your browser settings to remove this. The app may store some data on your device (for example, cached readings) so that it works faster; you can clear app data from your device settings if you want to remove it.
• Server and app logs: minimal logs are kept by our hosting or service providers for security, reliability, and debugging, then routinely cycled or deleted.
• Account or purchase data (if used in the app): stored as long as needed to operate your account, provide purchases, comply with law, and prevent fraud.

6) Your choices

• Use the website without uploading a palm photo — this feature is optional.
• Manage cookies and trackers through your browser settings.
• Clear legacy saved data by removing site data in your browser.
• On your phone, control app permissions (for example, notifications or storage) and clear app data via your device settings.
• If the app offers an in-app delete option, you can use it to remove your account or data. Otherwise, you can email us and we will help where technically possible.

7) Children

AstroRealm and the Geomancy Oracle app are intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please contact us so we can delete it where reasonably possible.

8) International users

Our website and app may be accessed globally. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where our hosting providers, app stores, or partners operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your own country.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time to reflect technical, legal, or product changes. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date below. If you continue using the website or app after a change takes effect, you are considered to accept the updated policy.
